Alfa 11 leader Captain Rogers

            

A great day, Wheatley by my side, new rank, yep pretty much the best day of my life. My 6th day in training the recruits of the Alfa 11 squad in the United Nations Space Command. Today we did our normal training routines… until this explosion rang out and the ground started to shake. I started to run on instinct, I started to run to the barracks.

        Once the shaking stopped, and I got to the barracks, I came in and I found Ivan (X-132) standing in front of a gaping hole that came from the ceiling to the floor. It led several hundred feet down and had footholds. All of a sudden something flew out of the hole.

        There was this feeling that felt like getting shocked by static but a lot stronger that I blacked out. When I woke up Ivan was standing above me. He

hoisted me up, patted me on the back and asked if I was ok. “I’m fine; I’m going to clean up.” I said gesturing toward the bathroom. The house was in ruins but I could find my way around.

 

  When I got there, I looked in the mirror and found my eyes were completely black with only red slits but when I blinked they became normal. What the heck just happened? What flew out that hole? I must be dreaming, no I couldn’t be. I can feel everything; I can hear, I can think, I must be going insane. I’m going to stop thinking about this, let’s focus on the hole.

  Once I came out, Ivan was already scribbling down notes and searching up information about it on his laptop which was surprisingly undamaged, but there were no results. I asked him what he had searched. He told me he had searched: Alien Holes in Houses. Sitting down at the computer I searched up mysterious holes in houses and showed him what came up, and that they have been happening frequently throughout the week. They came with giant explosions that shook the ground and went about one hundred thousand feet below sea level. To a building sky industries has been looking for hundreds of years.  

      Once we found that, we searched sky industries and there were no results. We both were so confused because it just said it is studying it. “We should investigate” I said “okay “he replied. “Let’s head to my barrack to get some gear.” “Aye-aye.” We got to the door, we waited to the count of three 1-2-3!! Go, go, go and in case it happened again we ran as fast as we could to my barrack. The entire base was destroyed “everyone is gone.” Ivan said When we got there we went to my room pulled a hidden lever and the wall opened up to a room that had climbing gear on one wall; weapons ranging from plasma rifles, sniper rifles, pistols,

plasma swords, and many others. On another, on the far, wall where plasma shielded armor suits.
